at a dealership, sure. We get a lot of cars/trucks that get shipping damages that would normally be repaired and sold, but they are not titleable and must be disabled.Originally posted by Scott Mc View PostSeen it happen but who knows."If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford

It depends on the damages, I used to fix a lot of Hondas for their shipping dept. I fixed quite a few GMs too. I fixed a NSX that was shipped to me in the factory crate once now that I think of it. They all had lots of rules, couldn't be major damage.Originally posted by Baron View Postat a dealership, sure. I bet the imports work a bit different. I've seen gms that needed just a fender in our yard.Originally posted by Scott Mc View PostIt depends on the damages, I used to fix a lot of Hondas for their shipping dept. We got a few Nissan's that ripped/bent the tie Downs, you wouldn't have ever known it if you weren't told to look."If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford

Had a Civic that nosed off a loader that bent a frame rail. It was just a few mils but it was off. The shipping manager got super pissed when I told him it was bent, he made us measure it 3 times. Lol, now looking back I see what he was pissed aout but had no clue then.
