Man....everyone is entitled to their own taste, and I'm really not trying to be a dick...but that looks like total dogshit! If you do that to a new Mustang I hope to god you don't ever plan to sell it, b/c I doubt that there are many folks out there that want a new vehicle in primer. Don't ruin your new car Dude....I gaurantee you'll hate it after a short while if you do it.

It's probably a wrap. Most of the cars I've seen flat black have been wraps. There are always Lambo's and M3's like that at Cars and Coffee. When that style changes, they can just pull off the wrap.
