Sure they would. It's the perfect way to get attention. Make it look as though nothing is premeditated (even though all of it was) so viewers will think it is authentic. Brilliant! As litigious as this society is, a corporation would not want that kind of attention. I'm sure there were stacks of paperwork on both sides to fill out before anything was filmed.
