    Yep the 67 GS or Skylark isn't bad at all price-wise right now. We had a 70 GS 455 Stage 1 & a 73 Stage 1 4-speed when I was growing-up.

i've got a hard on for a 67 Buick GS right now. black/black/black as fuck. Muscle car prices are pretty good right now, so i'd really like to jump on a 67-72 something. I keep seeing 70-72 Monte Carlo's and I am trying to convince myself i like they body style because its a good chassis and has potential, but something about that rear 1/4 glass just rubs me the wrong way

I'm really diggin the 61 Chevys more and more(used to be 62-63). I like the Pontiacs even better from that year.

A buddy of mine that I race with talked me into a project using a 917 replica body that was bassed on a VW pan, but to build a tube framed mid engine track toy. I went as far as going and taking measurements on the body, but we couldnt get the deal done, seller wanted mucho money and it was pretty rough. I'd still like to do it at some point, wtih a gt40 or something like the 917.

Hah! Me too. Not an easy thing to do when you've never done bodywork before.
