Ok, I think I did see your car, but I never saw you near it. I talked with the guy that had the Azure Blue Mach with the newspaper taped on the lower fenders and I think your car was in that area.

Did you get any runs in? It was crowded as fuck, but I at least got one run in. My Cobra did alright, spun my way to a 14.3@99

Just got back from Ennis myself...saw a guy set a new record in a Turbo GTO or G8 (can't remember...this was NOT a street car by any stretch)....6.05@243 mph. I thought the announcer was gonna have a stroke for about 10 minutes.

Wish I knew more....this was the fastest car I saw out there...the announcer stated he was making a license pass....his dial in was like 7.30...but the announcer stated he was running a new combo with a turbo so they thought it might run a bit faster....we were sitting almost at the 1/4 mile and when he passed us it sounded like a freaking jet aircraft. When the clock lit up 6.05 at 243 mph my jaw dropped and the announcer went crazy for like 5 mins and said he expected by tomorrow morning EVERYONE around the NHRA would be talking about that car. It was fucking retarded fast.
