Do you use the racing optics or ultra shields? The RO are worth their weight in gold, and they charge that much for em too.

For those that don't know, running out of tear offs in the middle of a race fucking sucks.

Mine is just a flat top 350, solid flat tappet cam, weiland intake, 500 cfm 2 barrel, hei distributor, double hump heads (vortecs are legal) has to weigh 3000 pounds or more after the race, weight jacks, floater 9 inch with 6.50
Gear, Saginaw 4 speed, 10,000 rpm clutch and flywheel, I got my rolling chassis for 1800 bucks. It's not pretty but this is my first car and its plenty competitive for starting out. Tires for them are about 90 bucks a piece.
