Maidened my improved 73" FPV B-17 today, with the KFm2 wing and the full fuse it fly's great.

Some ground testing with my second full fuse b-17. This one has a pan tilt camera in the top turret position. I'm calling it R2D2.

What a fun weekend, ton of flights and a few glitches overcome. In the end I gave more fpv ride alongs than I did fpv flights. I think I'll have to get another set of goggles so I can enjoy it too. lol

Got some hot rod goodies on the way for my drone. The place that makes them asked me to beta test the kit but then released the kit for sale the same day they sent it to me. LOL
Should have 50-60% more thrust with bigger motors and batteries. And I just bought all those damn 3S batteries.

Most RC fun I ever had. I have a blast just doing flips until the battery alarms....... which reminds me. I need a new battery alarm. I pile drived the quad into the ground earlier while upside down. Didn't hurt even a prop but it threw the battery alarm somewhere. Gave up after an hour looking for it.

This is the power pack they sent me for testing. Cant wait. Love free parts. LOL

What is the flight controller on those? That thing is bat shit fast.

The flight controller is a standard knock off CC3D. Its like $40.

So I got my power upgrade done! Thing sounds pissed off now. LOL I have to wait for tomorrow for any real testing but just hovering it in the house it moves way more air than it did before. It is a bit tail heavy now, nothing a Mobius wont fix. I may have to resort to mounting the battery on top when running 4S. I tried the 3S and it seems to have more punch but wont know until tomorrow. I also relocated the vTx so its less likely to get hurt in a crash.
