With a 12 ft ceiling the roof of the car is less than a foot from the beams. There is no room for a top cross over.

The make plenty of lifts that fit under 12' with the hoses on top. I have had one in my garage for over a year. The hoses on the bottom suck ass.

but mine cant be centered under the 12 ft section...its angled so its lower where the posts are.

mine is a symmetrical lift too the one you posted is not
