Holy shit that thing was real? Used to see one at the auto auctions they used to push cars around with. But it looked so cobbled together, that I thought there was no telling what the real story was.

Seen a few over the years. Just a company that did conversions. I know a guy with an E350 with a dually rear axle from some conversion company.

I have seen quite a few out west in AZ and CA. They seemed to be popular with the RV crowd.
