LoL...I have no problem admitting when I am wrong, but you have yet to tell me how I am wrong. You assume that since I am a doctor that I am ignorant about things such as engines and performance, but, this is a wrong assumption. Up until I could afford to pay someone else, I did all of my own work on my cars...including rebuild, head swaps, SC installs, auto to manual tranny swap, etc. Do I know it all? My comment about the condition of the engine earlier was mainly in jest, but there is some merit to the fact that the engine is dirty with leaves and material so one can only assume that the person who owned it did not take very good care of it...or at least their attention to detail and meticulousness was subpar. I dont know about you, but the engine bays on my rides are clean.

Which cylinder those rods come out of? Either you broke the crank and then tagged a valve, or tagged a valve and broke the crank. I'm inclined to think it's the former, as that looks like a stock crank/rods.
Edit: It didn't yank a wrist pin out then all hell broke loose, did it?Last edited by racrguy; 02-13-2014, 01:15 AM.
