Someone needs to come up with a new use for those, like insulation or sealant or something.

I forgot about it for a bit. Pic taken at 8:15 and it was still 91*, so that's 42 minutes total. The chocolate melted normally. The sandwich was warm to the touch as was the ice cream. The vanilla and strawberry was still like soft serve. There was a red and clearish slick surrounding the treat.

Have you tried setting one on fire? Will it ignite?

7:54 Temps are both 91*. The chocolate seems to be giving up but the other colors are still pretty solid looking.

I will say that when I eat ice cream sandwiches now, I try to eat them fast as to avoid them melting and making a mess.. This is because as a kid I made plenty of messes from them melting all over. If they do not melt at a regular pace, I am guessing that manufacturers must have added or otherwise changed the ice cream formula to prevent this issue? So then, the question becomes: how did they really achieve that? By adding ingredients that are more harmful than ice cream on it's own? Hmm..

So that must mean that all Walmart ice cream won't melt!

Okay. Mine are the Neapolitan. They were put in the freezer at 7:00 PM after sitting in the truck for 15-20 minutes plus time I spent in the store, maybe 10 minutes.

    This is at 7:32

At 7:34 I took this picture. Actual temp was 91* and the "Reel Feel" was at 93*

I need to try that. We have some (I think from Costco though) but will wait until temps get back to "normal" summer weather.
