Ice Cream Sandwich, Anyone?

I forgot about it for a bit. Pic taken at 8:15 and it was still 91*, so that's 42 minutes total. The chocolate melted normally. The sandwich was warm to the touch as was the ice cream. The vanilla and strawberry was still like soft serve. There was a red and clearish slick surrounding the treat.

That one's defective. The chocolate melted.

There you go. FYI, watch out for things that declare themselves sugar free. They often have a fake sugar in them that your body responds to the same as sucrose/fructose/etc.

They're probably made with Guar or Xanthan gum, and maltodextrin, or some other cheap sugar for a binder. Someone list the ingredients, and I'll tell you why they aren't readily melting. I used to work for a company that makes processed food.
