                          • Sneaky bastad...........all the A-20's I have seen had an enclosed rear gunner with twin 30's. I guess the RAF modified theirs.

                            • A through G-10 models had the sliding canopy. G-25 and up had the power turret . The first 50 or 60 A models had rudder pedals, a removable stick and instruments so the gunner could possibly land the plane if the pilot was killed/injured. Dad flew in both the A and G models- without and with the turret. He also manned the ventral position... I have pics of both positions taken by him while flying in New guinea.
