the 1le camaro is basically a zl1 without the blower, the magnetic suspension handles very good around corners but i can't stand how the clutch releases on the camaros.

The Camaro is a really good platform, after they did the normal things that happen over five years to a performance car chassis. It finally has enough power and (with the 1LE package) enough grip to be a contender.

The '15 PP Mustang gained weight, and it doesn't have tires that will match the 1LE Camaro. Not too surprised with this outcome. I think the Mustang will get better as it should, but they better pick it up quick. The next-generation Camaro could be REALLY badass.

I'm just glad Ford and GM are duking it out. The winners are the consumers. I don't want to see them both tapering off like the late 70s and early 80s. Look how long it took them to get back (and surpass) the "Good 'ol Days."

Oh, they will of course. This year the big news is the new platform and the Ecoboost 2.3. They'll have one or two years of this 435hp business and then get more serious. Can't wait to see what's planned for both of these cars.

I think it was an auto only for the dyno. During the racing they have manual (he talks about how light the shifts are). But, I only watched it once, I could be wrong. Seems like it's better than the V6, but not a V8. Me personally... 3,517lbs and a 2.3L
