The FF GTM was somewhat modeled after the Ford GT... that's why some of the features on the new GT look familiar.

I like the new GTtoo but at $400K+ a copy, it's gonna' be a rare sight for most people.

Where did you find the $400k number? At that price, it better have 1000hp if it's going to compete with a LaFerrari or McLaren MP1. If their expected competition is the 458 or MP4-12C or the likes, they better get that HP figure up about 200hp or the price down about $200k...

I saw someone on another board talking about a flat plane 5.0 TT would have been a MUCH sexier choice and could share development costs with the GT350R...

My homies (and their sources) over in the FGT community are projecting the cost to be $400K to $450K per copy with a production run of about 1200 cars over 4 years.

Mostly speculation at this point, but many of these sources are pretty well connected.
