Rolled up on a suspicious vehicle at around 2am one morning in a parking lot behind a closed business. I walked up and the occupant had a huge crossbow in the passenger seat of his old 1500 series Chevy loaded and locked back. He had been fighting with his old lady, got to drinking, and was back there stewing. I was BSing with the old guy casually until my back up arrived. Guy had warrants so we hooked him up and took him to jail. When it was all said and done my partner was like "OMG why didn't you have us step it up" (FNG). I just chuckled and drove off, thinking in my head of the hilarity of that guy trying to swing that thing around at me and fire off one bolt. I mean no shit it was the biggest CB I had ever seen. He never would tell me what his intentions were with the bow, but he did say he caught his old lady cheating on him. I can't see it would be the preferred way to off yourself so I figure he was think of shooting her with it. Who knows though, I have seen someone hang themselves with a shoelace.
