We let it slide and moved to Melissa, lol...
    Should've gone farther north.

Shit man, a lawyer knowing that would have sent crazy with a case. That's practically admitting guilt.

Oh, also, fuck the pool hoodlums.

It wasn't like he just walked up there to pick a fight, it was a whole ordeal of non residents at the pool and the odor of drugs being present. When the responding officers arrived half of the party goers hopped the fence to run away. The scene was hectic and I didn't see anything out of line, cop was pushed from behind and that's when he drew his weapon. You never know if some one was reaching for his gun when you feel some one invade your space it's a reaction

If the girl was white this wouldn't even have made the news.

The City of McKinney and the Police Department both collapsed like a house of cards when it came to supporting the officer just doing his job.

As a tax paying property owner in the area, I expect the City and the Police to keep the hood rats and other vermin out of the neighborhoods and away from our homes/cars/pools/property... but rather they caved in to the demands of an unruly mob, supported and antagonized buy the local media, all the time trying to over their own asses to keep from being labeled "racists"...

Thankfully, the Grand Jury used some common sense and found no reason for indictment.

You and I see eye to eye on most things and as a long time member here I have trmendous amount of e-respect for you. I agree with everything you have posted on this incident. As a long time Collin County tax payer circa 1992 (Plano, Allen, McKinney and now Melissa) they need to keep the hoodiness out of Collin County, no matter the cost.

On that note though, I present to you exhibit A:

My son and his co-worker from Sprouts in McKinney (both stockers) got off of work, on their way to his car (2014 Mustang) a couple of the grocery sackers (both 16/17 yr. old) ask for a ride home, my son said yes. My boy and his girlfriend had just broke up and he was feeling down, he asked the kids if they knew where there was a public park they could go and chill, they knew of one near Virgina and Stonebidge. They pull up to the park and turn the radio on (EW sound system) And within 15 minutes the McKinney PD pull up, the two youngsters take off running and immediately the PD turn into assholes, accusing my son and his friend of doing drugs, having drugs and where are the drugs.
My son is a jock, played football at Plano West, Muay Thai boxing and BJJ. He changes jobs as youngsters do and always passes a drug test. Most here have seen him grow up and know hes a good kid. They trashed his car looking for drugs (found none) and took him and his buddy to jail for trespassing and towed his car.
All because he didn't know why those two youngster ran and because they didn't know their last names or addy's. They also would not let him call me to pick up his car even though they saw me calling his cel phone as "dad", I was calling because it was late and he hadn't called me like he usually does when he stays out late.
So I can understand trying to control a situation, but fuck them for getting overzealous with a bunch of teenagers.

Of course you do. The only way you can convince me of this is if you find the kids who were pushed around and the one who was slammed and ask them what they learned from that ordeal.

The underclass; the black underclass in particular has never been able to not murder, rob, and rape each other without having a heavy boot on their necks. The less you stay on their ass the more they fuck shit up.

Sometimes you have to thump a few heads to keep the underclass in line; seriously.

Ya know.....and as a society/group of citizens we just settle for "glad he did not get convicted" type of thing.
