this house is in worst shape, and it sold for 168k at the tax auction last year. He turned around and put it up for sale for 250k as is. Its been up for sale for the past year.


It's in walking distance from Gloria's and Lockhart's in Bishop Arts. From the research we did, it had been vacant since early 2000. It's a cool house, had a maids 1/4's out back, but it was basically falling down.

some friends of mine bought on like that off Haines (the street over from bishop. They are not rich people but got it for a song. I kinda feel bad for how much work it actually needs, and the simple fact that they are not that handy.

There are some really awesome looking houses off of Munger. I have actually never driven down Swiss but I know its supposed to be an old up scale neighborhood.
