Not even close. He is good at what he does but he is hardly the best man for the job. He keeps getting elected because his constituents like him and most have never been on the receiving end of good ole JWP shake down. When you send him an invoice for work that you have done for him you get a check pronto. When he takes a bribe he stays bribed. What more can you ask?
