There's a lot of life sucking going on right now. It is supposed to be Kanye West. It's a joke on the episode about how Kanye and Puff Daddy are often mistaken for each other. When Kanye busts into the hotel room to beat up Cartman and Jimmy for calling him a gay fish, Cartman mistakes Kanye for P Diddy and shouts "Dude, it's Puff Daddy."
