I believe that's cultured sapphire glass. I know the government spends stupid money, but I guarantee you it doesn't have cultured sapphire windshields. Those work because the ranges involved in air combat, and also the angle of the glass. Neither of which would apply for a land vehicle Not to mention a pane of that glass would cost more than 20 of those vehicles.
