            It is pigmented in the mixing process. It's kind of like Line-X on steroids. When it is fresh, it is very sharp, slippery, and bump. When I was on DDG-80, it was fresh, and we learned very quickly to watch our step. It's made to keep aircraft and equipment from slipping. Sailors? Not so much.

              Ya my bad, too many paint paint chips...

              We had a bad deck div LPO who had a crew paint our nonskid with regular paint, big mistake. It was slippery as hell!
