Knock Saturns all you like but my shitbox SL1 was one of the most reliable, best mpg, cheapest to repair and most of all ugliest cars I have ever owned. It is still going with just under 400k on the original drivetrain minus a clutch and drive axles per the current owner.

Wife had a '96 and the cylinder head cracked after having it for a year. We sold that shit box only to get a recall notice a few weeks later regarding an "oil consumption issue" in direct relation to the head. It was a bonus to see the styrofoam casting marks.

had the grill off my truck while swapping turbos on the ranger. Had to pull the intercooler and clean out the bits of my last turbo. Thought it looked funny so I snapped a pic.

It's my t3/t4 ceramic ball bearing turbo. It should be bad ass. It now has a billet impeller that Turbonetics added when they had it back. They did not have the pieces to build it originally, so they got this one from Comp Turbo. It will go with the garage full of a SVO parts if I can ever get it back together. I need inspiration.
