Had a lady come in last week insisting she needed new spark plugs because her battery kept dying.

Had a dude ask me if I could stroke his 3.8L Mustang to a 4.6 V8.

Had a lady yell at me, like a real non stop cursing, because I wouldn't warranty repair a job SEARS did to her car.


And do you know how hard it is to convince someone they need new O2 sensors? "Well the light isn't on!", yeah but your car is running rich, the O2s are slow to respond and you have 100k miles and never changed them. "Yeah but the car runs fine!" Alright, see ya next year when it needs new O2s AND cats.
