 That's what I was thinking. Whenever I'd get a cramp tripping pipe I'd eat a banana to help out with immediate issues and take a potassium supplement to keep it from happening the rest of the day.Originally posted by Big A View PostAnother fun fact of the day is that the sodium, and more importantly, increased potassium in Gatorade does help to prevent and alleviate cramps.

 Yep, bananas and any other source of potassium are great for it. Last cramp I had was just due to dehydration. Was moving into my house and moved a table into the dining room, set it down, and when I took my hands off of it, my right hand closed up and wouldn't open because my forearm was cramping so bad. Drank a big glass of water, and within minutes had full use of my hand again.Originally posted by racrguy View PostThat's what I was thinking.
