Damn, they put everyone through driving school immediately over here.
I've had my CDL since 03.
I actually tried to keep my green hat so I could utilize plausible deniability, but they made me take mine a few months ago.

All of our crews have a couple guys that haven't made it to driving school yet. We put a halt on quite a few things when it slowed down.

However, if you believe the recruiters, you can be a supervisor in 2 years.
My resume says I should've skipped a few levels, but that's not reality out here.
