I didn't think they were Yates. I don't know any Yates that have the ends milled flat or low intakes like that one. Pro comp Cleveland heads makes sense with the pro comp dizzy.

I don't believe Yates have any side cant anymore. Early versions did but it was changed at some point. They have the same or similar angles as Cleveland depending on version
