I recall a time as a child maybe four years after the age of 3, my grandfather would put on all these amazing old videos of trains like this for me to watch. Spectacular machines.

Yeah, the railroad has always been a cut throat business. I enjoy steam engines and to me they've lost all appeal since those awesome machines.

I understand why they use modern engines - but they just are not neat to look at anymore.
