    Love the concept...

    Not as in love with the pudding when is 104* and 85% humidity

    I've always wanted a bug. My parents had a couple mid/late 70's buses. I remember running up and down inside trying to levitate off of the black vinyl interior! LOL

          Will the new electric compressors, it would actually be feasible to do now. The downside was the amount of power the compressor took away from the engines, from what I understand.

              Remember the older bugs that had the semaphore arms for turn signal indicators? Haven't seen one of those in many years.....! Very cool....

                This is one of the few times I wish DFWM had a like button.

                Back in the Army, I had a 72 with original everything and barely any rust. I let my wife drive our infiniti J30 while I used the Bug to go to work. Those drum brakes nearly killed me once but I loved driving it..
