It varies by county, but by far the best thing to do is to buy land already Ag exempt! Most places require you set a track record of several years (up to 7!) before it can qualify. From what I've seen, yes. Ag Exempt is more attractive to buyers due to the tax benefits. I don't really know how much it affects the price though.Originally posted by sosoe View PostGotcha..
