I figure a Coyote mk4 with IRS is 40-50k depending on paint quality and newness of drivetrain plus brake and other options.

turbo 996 Porsches are at 50k and 997s a bit more. Both are capable of insane performance given the 3500 lb weight. 65k might get a 996 GT3 if you hold out long enough.

One takes a lot of sweat equity too. The other is writing a check.

Nice setup. I bought a place with a 30x40x12 shop. Can’t wait to get in it and get all my shit setup.

I'm going to install a Bendpak in my garage this next fall. It's going to be happy birthday to me.

If I had your kind of space I'd think about a rotary two post though.

    Awesome looking shop!

I definitely need to cover the office walls inside mine - your wood/brick combo looks damn good.

I couldn’t help but to go ahead and get a couple signs up, but this entire wall will be old barn tin along the bottom, then finished out in wood above that. Up top in between the braces will be my shelving with all my oil cans, old toys, misc smalls.

Dogs are enjoying it already. And we got the spray foam in yesterday. Now I need to finish out my sign wall in wood and barn tin so I can get everything hung right.
