that's a smoking deal. When I buy a house I'm going to need a shop like this. Heck my dream is to do a large building with a house in the corner built inside. but that's a bit past my income level and ability.Originally posted by 01yz2nv View PostNaw i don’t care, since it’s the pre engineered bolt together it’s a lot cheaper. Mine was right around $9k, but that was with 4 roll up doors. My neighbor did a 24x25x10 and his was around 65-7000. I must say I’m glad I went with the 12’ side instead of the 10’. Made a huge difference! My concrete guy I work with at the firestation so I had a buddy deal on that. I paid $8900 for the driveway, shop slab, apron, and sidewalk.

Btw, that building is awesome. If you dont mind me asking what does something like that cost? Slab plus building? PM me if you dont want it public and I totally understand if you'd rather not say.

That turned out nice. If you don't mind saying, about how much did the cost turn out to be?

my neighbor and I split the rental of a floor grinder, and did the rustoleum garage floor coating, it's held up very well.

Man, that is looking fantastic. I gotta be honest, I'm more than a little jealous.
When you get to floor coating, I have a good recommendation:
If you call Cody, tell him I sent you. Does good work at a very competitive price. He can do some pretty amazing effects too, if that interests you.

Let me know if you need a contact for epoxy. The company we use is based in Mckinney and do all of our garage coatings.Originally posted by 01yz2nv View PostWaiting on spray foam right now, once that’s in I can work on my sign wall. It’s going to be old barn tin on the bottom and wood on top. Once all that’s done the floors are getting a nice epoxy.
