Yeah its a pretty funky little town. I am not really from Corsicana but its the closest "big city".


The red Cobra was sold because I bought the Blue Cobra. I purchased a Mark VIII as a daily driver. Then when my father stole the Cobra and sold it (same name and title lacked the suffix) for half of what it was worth and spent the cash while I thought the car was still in the body shop I was unable to drop another 24K on another Cobra so I got into modifying my Mark.

Turns out the blown Mark will just hang with a stock (bone stock) 03/04 Cobra and spank anything with a two valve all the while getting over 20mpg, bathing you in comfort, be able to sit adults in the back and not attract attention from any cops. They ignore it completely.

Plus at 160 MPH the Mark is much more stable. At 170 the Mark feels like the Cobra at 130.

I asked my buddy to ride along to film but he chickened out. The speedo stops at 140 but the NAV deck reads...... well not sure how far it reads but I know it can read 172 as thats the most I can get. I tried to hold the phone camera on the screen but I cant hold it still long enough to keep it focused and also concentrate on the road.

But you are more then welcome to come for a ride. Its a freakin blast!
