Trust me I have been pepper sprayed more times then I care to remember. I also highly doubt he meant for her face to smack into the concrete. So its cool and all fun and games that her and her friend are demolishing the chick in the car and her bad ass boyfriend is smaking the car like a idiot.

Oh and really he did nothing wrong? I am sure they told him to get away from the car and get on the ground. Not hey maybe you should go rejoin the fight with your girls and we will look the other way. My philosphy on this has always been the same; act stupid and you reap stupid consequences. I will say though that the cop randomly swinging his night stick was a little out of control. I don't see why you could have asked him to get down and hand cuff him. By all means if he didn't get down after that i would give him a double dose of stupid for ignoring a command after doing something stupid ie fighting an dpunching cars in the middle of an intersection.

Just got to watch the video fully, I see nothing wrong. They were bad asses when it was 2 on 1, if I were the cop those would not be leg shots (if I was allowed other shots by policy). Just cause she's a skinny, self serving, little bitch does not mean she can't be a distraction while other people start some shit.

She was a toughy when 2 on 1. I feel zero sorrow for any of them.

Since the girls had no weapons, I would prolly have taken the idiot boyfriend down first and cuffed him. Then each cop should have grabbed one of the females each and cuffed them. There was really no need for all the asp handy work... whats wrong with putting 100 pound female down like she is a 100 pound female, instead of slamming her face down on the pavement. I think if she is already pretty much blind from the pepper spray there isnt much resistance there. So yeah, in my opinion it was definetly overboard... and cops shouldnt let their temper flare up. They get paid to enforce the law and maintain the peace, not to beat the shit outta drunks that piss them off.

The idiot cop should be treated like an idiot as well in that case. He had no reason what-so-ever to be using force like that. None of those people were resisting or disobeying his orders. He went in swinging from the first second he was there. That was completely un-called for and out of control. He shouldn't be allowed to posses a weapon of any kind from now on. Those police weapons are for people who are showing violence towards the officer, or obviously ignoring his comands, niether was happening in this scenario.
