It's a 72' CheyenneOriginally posted by Ldecharmoy View PostWhat year is that chevy truck? 68?
I was torn on it myself, but I think I'm more with you on it...nice effort to be different but not sure it works on that car.Originally posted by gearhead78 View PostNice on most but I am not feeling the 57 with blacked out chrome
Thanks man.Originally posted by Blackpony View PostThat silver fastback is fucking tits!!!!
The silver one is mine, and the orange one is a friend of McMillans. Dave sold that last one you put the exhaust on, and he's now working on an S-code 68' that we'll be putting a 428 in.Originally posted by OrangeChevyII View PostIs that McMillan's mustang?
Exactly...had 70' plates on it.Originally posted by CRASHLooks like a '70 Impala.
Nice car - is your buddy Anthony? And if so....the same Anthony that went to UNT in the early 90's?...drove a white LX convertible back then.Originally posted by Gear_Jammer View PostThis is my best buddy's car. It's slicker than gorilla snot. We found it out in Indiana 2 years ago and it was in good shape, but nothing near as nice as it is now.70' Chevelle RagTop

Holy coincidence Batman!Originally posted by Rreemo View PostAnd I also took a buffer to ole ugly yellow last week.....

A guy that works for me bought a truck exacly like that (same year, same paint job) last week. The only difference is that his front bumper doesn't have those verticle pieces.

Those are optional push-bars that could be ordered on them back then. They just clamp onto the bumper.Originally posted by 03trubluGT View PostHoly coincidence Batman!

I wasn't really in the market for another one right now myself, but this one sort of fell in my lap for a price that I just couldn’t pass up. I also kind of wanted a LWB on the next one too…..I could do without the yellow but it’s not killing me…..yet.

You know the Kubans huh? That black '65 Falcon is probably my favorite local car. Simple, clean, and kickass. They built a '64 Custom 300 sedan a while back with an SOHC... holy SHIT it was awesome.
Good pics dude-When the government pays, the government controls.

Yeah, have been friends with Mark for a while now....just started hanging around more with Ronnie this year. That 64' Cammer car was their Dad's that he sold locally and it ended up at Barrett Jackson last year. After that one Mark also built a 66' Fairlane with a cammer in it too....that one went to the same guy that he inherited the white car from this year.Originally posted by 46Tbird View PostYou know the Kubans huh? Mark is now putting together two 427's...one for that green Fairlane and the other for his old red F100 (that truck is one of my favorites).
The truck currently has a 428SCJ in it....I handed him some greenbacks to transfer it over to my garage once it comes out of the truck here in a couple months.

It was just wierd seeing your truck and having a friend buy one EXACTLY like it except for the push bumpers so close in time.Originally posted by Rreemo View PostThose are optional push-bars that could be ordered on them back then. They just clamp onto the bumper.
