You bought it for $4k or intend to be into everything for $4k?
I've been looking at Cherokees (I need 5 seats).

I figured I'd make an update. Here is what I've gotten done in the last month:
* replaced the driver side door and the hood.
* Straightened the cage.
* Aligned the windshield frame to the doors.
* Fixed the AC.
* Fixed all the water leaks.
* bought a hard top for $450 w/ damage. repaired fiberglass to sell for $1100.
* Cleaned up the fender flares.
* Got rid of the chrome headlight bezels.
* shortened the bumpers.
* 1.25" Body lift, 1" motor lift and tummy tuck.
* 3" BDS Suspension lift (front finished).
* 4.88 Gears - Detroit locker in the rear (have yet to stick it back in).
Coming up - Auburn locker w/ 4.88's in the front, 35" tires, complete cage, stinger and winch up front, swing away rear tire carrier, tube fenders. All I can say, is this thing is like a dream to work on, all these years fucking with my corvette makes me appreciative.Last edited by CJ; 05-16-2011, 07:01 PM.

It was parked at the waffle house in Euless when a group of 3 Samoans saw the whataburger you had stealthily hidden underneath it and they flipped it over trying to get to the greasy goodness?

Nice buy. That thing sold quick off the other site. I love the fact that no matter how much body damage a jeep has it is always repairable.
