This man speaks the truth. I had no idea we would do so much running it boot.
I did enjoy the obstacle course though. That is a hell of a work out but it's a lot of fun too

The biggest part is knowing that even though it feels like they are trying to kill you, they aren't. It's a big mental game with a lot o physical activities to get you in shape

Just saying. Jumping will get you in a lot better shape than running.

    .....running sucks.

    Awesome, thank you for that!

Please make sure and mention that whenever you give your contact info, so members can take advantage.

So far, no one has PM'ed me about any complaints of free advertisements, so I let it go on and try to offer our members something in return.

I'm not sure what you can and can't afford but look in to getting a personal trainer. They know what they're doing. With the amount of time you have, it's gonna be 90% diet though. Good luck man, and thanks for serving all of us. If you wanna join 24 hour fitness, let me know and I'll put you on my friends and family plan. $10 initiation, $24.99 and you can freeze your account with no $7/month charge like usual since you'll be on military leave.

Diet is number one, but you will also have to do a massive amount of intense lifting and/or running. I suggest seeing how many miles you can stand to run a day 4 days a week, and lift 3-4 days a week.
