Cut your weights in half and just go through the motions for 2-3 weeks

I found success in pushing hard for 6-7 weeks, then back way off for a week and a half

I've been having horrible leg workouts lately. Not being able to handle as much weight and not having energy is just getting horrible.

My upper body has been rocking, but the old wheels have just been along for the ride for the last month or two.

I actually went and did legs today after work.

Felt almost back to normal, went up to 10 plates/side for presses for 3 sets of 6 (knees to chest).

Leg curls, extensions, and finished up with one leg leg presses for 3 sets of 4 plates/side for 8 reps each set.

I think it has to do with going from 220 to about 212 in the last few weeks.

I've been eating better, and eating less. Not exaclty clean, but a lot better than I've been eating. I (like everyone else) lose a little power when I drop weight.

So, I guess it was just a natural thing. I've been talking to a few guys who recommend HRT, but I don't think I'm at that stage yet.
