Just thinking, there are at least one crossfit trainers in this forum.  I think it would be pretty cool if they posted their WOD (Workout of the Day).  That's all.

I'll start it I guess. just got done with this:
800m Row
10 rounds of 10 pull ups and 10 dips

Its supposed to be timed but Im hungover so I took my sweet time...I think it was around 25 minutes. my pull ups were assisted though bc Im a fatass."Any dog under 50lbs is a cat and cats are pointless." - Ron Swanson

Completely forgot to keep up with this.
Todays WOD was
10, 8, 6, 4, 2 increasing weight on each set, front squat with 10 overhead kettlebell swings between each set and 5x5 power cleans with increasing weight each set.
