    Just thinking, there are at least one crossfit trainers in this forum. I think it would be pretty cool if they posted their WOD (Workout of the Day). That's all.

    I'll start it I guess. just got done with this:

    800m Row
    10 rounds of 10 pull ups and 10 dips
    800m Row

    Its supposed to be timed but Im hungover so I took my sweet time...I think it was around 25 minutes. my pull ups were assisted though bc Im a fatass.

        21 swings
        12 pull ups

          Deadlift-1,1,1,1,1,1,1 (One rep sets with a heavy weight)

          6 Rounds:

          6 Sumo deadlift highpulls w/95lbs
          6 Burpees
          6 Front Squats
          6 American Kettlebell swings
          6 Kettlebell Snatches each arm

            Completely forgot to keep up with this.

            Todays WOD was

            10, 8, 6, 4, 2 increasing weight on each set, front squat with 10 overhead kettlebell swings between each set and 5x5 power cleans with increasing weight each set.

            My Sunday WOD was 10 rounds: 400m row, 10 pull-ups, 10 dips, 10 sit-ups.
