  • eating routine

    since i have 2 months to get back in shape i thought i would start looking into some workout/eating routines

    the one i like is like this

    eat atleast 5 times a day
    breakfast- cerial or eggs, just a good breakfast but nothing huge
    snack around 10am with a protein bar or a fiber bar
    lunch at noon- nothing huge
    snack around 3pm- something like tuna, beef jerky or fruit
    and for dinner nothing huge

    and nothing but water

    what do yall think? im trying to lean out and drop about 20 lbs

    I use an app called MyFitnessPal on my phone... helps me keep a calorie budget. I've also learned just how much work it takes to burn off a burrito.... so I try not to eat those anymore.

      Paleo! Nothing but lean meats, organic veggies, fruit, and some nizzuts. The only thing I don't like about it is no dairy. I'm cheating and drinking organic dairy milk but if you wanna stick to it, almond milk is a good alternative. I just started it this week and four days into it a co-worker told me "You've lost weight." I haven't even weighed myself so I don't know. I just east a shitload of meat and veggies.
