Down 57 lbs now, even with Thanksgiving Dinner. I was a little concerned that this week would be harder than it was. Feeling great though.

So you are below your original goal weight now? Congrats! I need to get on a good weight loss/excercise plan. Yes, pretty much maintaining 170 right now. It's a process of finding out what works for you. I use the myfitnesspal app. The most important thing it did for me, besides accountability, waa show me what I was getting too much of. For me it was salt and sugar.
