LOL my max DL is only 320 so I'm hoping it has nothing to do with deadlifts really. I'm suspecting that we will see double unders and handstand pushups here soon

Fuck both of those! I need to buy a speedrope and work on my rhythm for DU's, and at my weight and skill level, I can do like 5 HSPU's. My deadlift is 425. Truth. You have to get that explosive hip movement at the transition. I actually did it strict when I managed to get up there, Will be practicing and executing this WOD on Saturday.
