Congrats Matt! One day at a time is all you can control, no point in worrying about what you can't.

I knowing a little late to the post but I started working out in mid October of 2010 an weight in at 269 :-0 I'm 5' 8" so Im defiantly plump! And as of last week I weight in at 235 so I'm down 34 pounds so far, I'd like to get down to 210 or so.

I started going to the gym just to get stronger by weight lifting but decided to add cardio in there to shed most of my fat off! In january I weight in at 257 and started taking some of " 0 gt 2" products and by the end of the month I had dropped around 18-19 pounds while maintaining the strength that I had already gained. Now I took up boxing as my cardio and do that on mon, wed, and Fridays and lift at night on Tues, wed, and Thursdas and will start going on Sunday mornings to get a complete workout of everything

Congrats man, keep it up. I've been thinking about taking up a boxing class or something beyond just "working out".

Here's a couple of pictures, now around 30 pounds since this picture.

                  Huge improvement!
You look much better not so inebriated.

You lost 30lbs in 2-3 months, that is a great accomplishment.

Well I may have been a little drunk at the party

Actually I lost 30 pounds in about 18 days, just switching to a non processed food diet. I was 303 on January 25th, and 273 this week.

I know all too well. You're only 20lbs heavier than me.

Hopefully not for long, if Adam will get settled into a new place, and we can start lifting again

Hoping to weigh less than you so I can call you a fatty again

                            I kid
