I think the tractor tire thread should be deleted too but what the fuck do I know. I'm just some Dude that lost over 200 lbs in 2 years and gained 15 lbs of lean mass while staying in the 10% body fat range...and that shit is soo easy EVERYONE CAN DO IT!

That deserves props no doubt, however from reading your posts you have the equivalent of "fame and fortune too fast/too soon" syndrome. It would seem you don't know how to control yourself and demand recognition. Perhaps if you can keep the weight off you'll learn how to present yourself in a more humbling way. Either that or gain the weight back and then some and go on quiet time. It's happened before...

Because if you had read, post #4 clearly states exactly what I was looking for. If I wanted to stir the pot, I would do it, and you know that. I don't dance around shit. Again, there has been no shit talking. I wasn't talking any shit in the original thread that FFC deleted, and I'm not talking shit in this one.
