He doesn’t promote long extended fasts for super fit people or those with an extreme workout regimen. The video SS Junk posted actually answers yours questions and agreed with a lot of what you’ve said. Take 8 minutes and watch it so you can stop being the only person in this thread beating their head against a wall, screaming, over nothing.

Then the guy contradicts himself and is factually wrong about muscle loss during extended fasting. He will say whatever it takes to make a buck on some beta male that needs to be yelled at.Originally posted by DON SVO View PostDepending on the needs and circumstance I would have to say yes.
Again..if your only goal is to see a lower number on the scale...this guy may get you there. But if you want to have a sustainable level of fitness and athleticism....this guy is a joke

He has plenty of videos discussing shorter fasting intervals and plainly says that he has custom programs geared for all of his clients.Originally posted by Ruffdaddy View PostHis website doesnt list a single fast less than 48 hours.
But theres a reason I'm in better shape than both of yall and it's because I'm not a sucker for these stupid fad diets.

He gets very specific about eating windows as they pertain to active people/gym rats/powerlifters in some of his vidoes and addresses such instances. No one gets told to starve themselves to death and hit the gym every night.Originally posted by Ruffdaddy View PostI'm not watching that....but I take it as an admission of defeat.
Fasting and muscle loss depend very much on the persons body composition and activity level. For someone like me that works out 5-6 days a week, anything over 24 hours is going to have an effect. Exceeding 48 and especially 72 will have an impact on just about everyone.

Which is why you have no idea what you're talking about.Originally posted by Ruffdaddy View PostI'm not watching that....
And that's exactly what he's talking about, but continue on with the ignorant blanket statements and droning on how you can out CNC the shit out a diet program.Fasting and muscle loss depend very much on the persons body composition and activity level.

How long? And who are you referring to when you say, "you..."Originally posted by Ruffdaddy View PostHe is factually wrong on his website as well. Unless you are on secondary hormones or some other PED...you will lose muscle while fasting that long and working out.

Then what does the snake diet refer to?Originally posted by SS Junk View PostActually he's not, and before you have a counter opinion you should probably watch the videos.
I read the website after I couldn't stand that annoying moron.
He is factually wrong on his website as well. Unless you are on secondary hormones or some other PED...you will lose muscle while fasting that long and working out. You can't change science because you want your diet to work.
It's a fad diet...nothing more. Not one of yall doing it now will be doing it 12 months from now. Its a repackaged lemonade diet...or any other rendition of rapid weight loss fasting.
