Looking for a new Video Card

Currently have a GeForce 8800GT and it is slowing, but surely dying on me. Looking to spend around 200 - 300 bones on a new one. Current setup is

- Gigabyte X38-DS4 Mobo
- Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4
- 4 Gigs of ram

Any suggestions?

On second thought, if you're willin to spend a lil more, this one has a lifetime warranty vs 3yrs on the other. You can OC it and surpass the others factory OC w/ out worries.

It is 3 years old and yeah I do not mind spending the extra just worried if I do OC it can the PSU handle the extra wattage

Fry's hacked me off plus MC tends to have better pricing and will match NE and other online retailers.

That is the case have. Left the 5 stock fans in it. CPU fan is stock as well.

As far OC if I was going to ever do it I would not do it till the GPU was getting out of date so would be a couple years

But ever since I've moved to Fort Worth, I don't get to go by there very often...

How many HDD's, optical drives, anything powered over USB?

Your PSU is likely gonna be ok, my only concern is running it near headroom then it crappin out and takin other stuff w/it. Those OCZ PSU's are awesome, stable units and my thought is you should be fine.

I'm runnin a ModXtreme 700W pushin a E6700 @3.15Ghz, 3x80mm, 2x120mm, 9800GT OC'es to hell and a 9800GTX+ OCed as well 24/7 w/out issue.
