I can honestly say, the time that I served this country I didn't make it anymore free than it was. The wars were not for freedom, we have had it. Most people join the military for college or money. I did for the college. So sue me.

On that note, I do support our troops and hate the situation they are put in. I do not however like when people say its fighting for our freedom. Or tries to rub that in. Anyhow, back to the task at hand. Broken Xbox 360!

I also have a ps3. I use it only for games like GT. I personally like the 360 better and have never had a problem with my 360 or ps3.

maybe pull it apart and check the 5 GPU chips and heat sinks on bottom. they have a little bandaid thing covering them, but when you pull it off the thermal paste is barely present at all. roll up 2 pennies in electrical tape for each and use thermal paste to attach them to the 5 GPUs you took the bandaids off of.

that's how we fixed my dad's xbox. we also found the x-clamps completely missing.

Had a first gen xbox for 3 years, never had a problem. The person that I gave it to is on this board, and from what I understand, it still works like a top. Your point is pretty shitty. From what I remember there are a lot of PS3's that have issues similar to the RROD.
