    Yeah the 9800GT is one of those stupid nomenclature travesties nVidia loves to perpetrate. The 8800GTS was the faster over the two cards. However, I believe the 9800GT had one feature set the 8800 did not, I seem to remember it being something with HDTV enterface or something.
