Computer wont start!

capasitors all look good, but it still wont start, what is the cheapes part so I can start replacing it, thanks

I would start with a power supply and go from there. I would get same wattage as the old one or a tad higher. Keep everything in case it isn't the power supply. If it doesn't come on, then it might be the MB.
