Yep my wife use to play all the time and would kick the crap out of some of our members. Our team did pretty well in the original Gears series but now everyone just plays for fun.

So far I'm loving the campaign part of the game. I love how 4 players can play the campaign part. But the multiplayer I think sucks big fat hairy donkey dick. Even though I have a really good KD I think it's too fucking easy. I mean a brand new person to this game can have a decent KD. The sawed-off shotgun is full of shit. You don't have to aim the shit to the person and as long as you are close enough you will kill the other person. So for multiplayer I'll stick with gears 2.

I've only talked to two people about it and both started with the campaign. My brother played it all the way through in one sitting and said it was amazing(my co-worker said the same thing). I'm kinda pissed since I heard redbox won't be getting it. I'm off tomorrow with nothing to do. I guess I'll go "old school" and play some God of War 3 since I never finished it.
